A dental-crown fitting takes two appointments. During the initial appointment, we will examine your mouth and teeth to determine your candidacy for crown placement. An x-ray or digital images may be taken to understand the nature of your condition. Impressions of your teeth will be taken in order to create crowns that are fit your teeth.
On the day of the procedure, the treated area will be numbed with local anesthesia. The crown is cemented into place on top of the decayed or discolored tooth. Make follow-up appointments so we can check on your progress!
