Your child should undergo essential dental cleanings twice a year. Since a child’s teeth is more prone to cavity development, cleanings remove plaque and tartar causing early gum disease. Their teeth will be cleaned and polished with a high-powered toothbrush and toothpaste.
A fluoride treatment is a great way to prevent cavities in young children. A fluoride gel or varnish is applied to the teeth and left on the area for approximately 1- 4 minutes. Afterward, your child will have a safeguard against cavities and tooth decay for many years to come!
